Refund policy

Ready, Set, Pot!

Please come to your class ready to make your pots! This means:

  • Trimmed fingernails is recommend (especially for wheel throwing as it can be dangerous to have longer nail tips > 4mm)
  • Tying back long hair
  • Not wearing jewelry such as necklaces, watches and rings
  • Wearing clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. It is recommended that you bring an apron.
  • Wearing closed toed shoes
  • If bringing something to drink, it must be in a bottle/container with a lid or closed top. No food is permitted in the studio.
  • Rescheduling if you have flu like symptoms or COVID-19

Rescheduling Policy

Have flu like symptoms or COVID-19? Please contact us to reschedule. If we need to cancel your class, we will provide you with as much notice as possible and reschedule. If you have any questions, email emspirednl@gmail.com or send us a message on our contact page.

Returns / Refunds

Please double check your order before purchasing! Sorry, we do not accept returned items. Refunds will not be issued for classes/studio time but you may reschedule dates (with 24 hours notice) if you are not able to make your scheduled time. Gift cards are non-redeemable for cash and no refunds can be issued. Sometimes we have the occasional sale and offer discounts, however, we do not permit price adjustments to previous orders.

Student Work: Sometimes pieces don't turn out perfectly, even for the most experienced potters. Some common flaw examples include glaze flaws, warpage and surface cracks. We have no control over what happens in the kiln and refunds will not be issued for flawed pieces.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We want to make it right. Please email photos and order information to emspirednl@gmail.com within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your order. 

Discrimination & Harassment Policy

Discrimination and/or harassment of any kind is NOT permitted in our studio. Anyone communicating this behaviour will be asked to leave and no refunds will be issued.
